VSYNC ingame should always be off anyway. So it's not actually VSYNC but FPS LIMITER for GSYNC. Of course, with GSYNC ON in the Control Panel, I also turned VSYNC ON in the Control Panel since it's supposed to work this way in conjunction with GSYNC so that if the game goes over 144FPS, the VSYNC option acts as a Nvidia built-in FPS limiter when GSYNC is also on. The main difference might come from my monitor, wich is GSYNC ready, so for that specific game, since, again, it is so rude with everybody's FPS, I turned it exceptionnaly ON because even though I'm in the high range of the spectrum, FPS fluctuate a lot during game sessions.

I can provide all the other options in that section of the Nvidia Control Panel should you ask for them but I consider all PC gamers know at least how to properly set their Nvidia Control Panel for best performance in games in general and that you haven't let everything by default. The first setting is set to High Quality by default for me because I like it neat, but since the game is so rude on everybody I figured I'd try something cheaper, and it worked.
